Great Basin Staffing LLC is seeking experienced Commercial Painters for a prevailing wage project in Portland, Oregon . We're looking for dependable, skilled painters who can work independently and as part of a small team without the need for constant supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform commercial painting on I-beams, metal poles, and other industrial surfaces
• Apply industrial coatings to meet project standards
• Conduct sandblasting and surface preparation as required
• Work safely and efficiently as part of a small, fast-paced crew
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work area

Requirements:

• Proven commercial painting experience , especially on industrial projects
• Familiarity with industrial coatings and sandblasting
• Experience painting I-beams and metal poles
• Ability to work independently without hands-on supervision
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• 646 Micro Poxy experience is a plus (note: this stage has already been completed on the current project)

• Pay Rate: $30.46/hour (prevailing wage)

• Potential for Ongoing Work: Strong performers may be invited to continue on future projects with the company
