CAD Technician

We are partnered with a company seeking a CAD Technician with 3-5+ years of experience of survey drafting experience. The candidate must have AutoCAD experience. The candidate will provide drafting and design support for Multi Family, Industrial, Commerical and Historic Renovation

• Work in team environment on multiple projects
• Work efficiently, multi-task and work in a deadline-driven environment
• Perform work in an accurate and timely manner
• Handle multiple assignments with competing priorities
• Maintain company CAD standards throughout the projects

• 1-2 years of design work and Associates Degree in CAD related field
• Working knowledge of architecticture designs
• AutoCAD a must and Revit a plus
• Exceptional client service skills as well as in a team environment
• Self-starting, requiring minimal supervision once trained
• Understand project documentation including Plans and specifications
• General knowledge of MS Office
• Good communication skills
