Asa Deputy Project Manager based in Anchorage, Alaska, you will have a chance to be a leader in improving the water, wastewater, and solid waste infrastructure across our state. As a key member of our team, you'll have a chance to engage in challenging and engaging engineering projects - assisting project managers with all aspects of projects with high degrees of technical complexity from the concept stage through detailed design, construction services, and commissioning. You will establish and maintain strong client relationships by communicating with clients on technical design topics and project schedule/budget/scope to develop long term strategy for continued project success.

Here's What You'll Be Doing:
Delivering projects across the state, including water treatment, wastewater treatment, planning, and solid waste.
Meeting and working with senior managers and stakeholders to deliver on the client's goals.
Managing and/or leading projects in accordance with the contract requirements and Jacobs' business processes, driving profitability and building new business opportunities.
Assisting project and program managers to mange scope, schedule, quality, and budget

Here's what you'll need
Bachelor's degree in a technical field (civil, environmental, or mechanical preferred)
A minimum of 5 years directly applicable project management experience
Excellent organizational and time management skills as well as high attention to detail
The ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
The ability to work on multiple and dynamic projects
Ideally, here's what you'll also have:
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification by the Project Management Institute (PMI)
Experience in infrastructure project delivery, environmental planning protocols, and public meetings and working groups
Strong organizational and Office 365 Suite skills

The base salary range for this position is $96,200.00 to $168,300.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
