Substation CAD Technician II

The OpportunityUlteig is currently seeking qualified candidates for a CAD Technician II. TheCAD Technician supports an assigned group of engineers by providing technicaldrafting support and creating construction drawings/designs.What You'll DoSuccessful candidates will complete tasks within the Substation departmentdesigning/drafting projects. Candidates must have strong attention to detailand work well within a team.What We Expect from YouTwo-year technical degree or currently enrolled in school for TechnicalDrafting preferred.Minimum of 2 years' experience.Knowledge of AutoCAD is required.Knowledge of MicroStation is a plus.Knowledge of 3D modeling a plus.Knowledge of 3D modeling software a plus.Knowledge in substation electrical protection and control and/or physicaldesign would be beneficialProven experience in Microsoft Office Applications.Excellent organization and communication skills to ensure projects arecompleted on schedule.Must have permanent authorization to work in US.As you consider applying for a position at Ulteig, we encourage you to thinkoutside the box - because we do!
