Hours & Pay:
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (1st Shift)
Pay Rate: $25.00 per hour
Employment Type: Full-time, Direct Hire
Your Daily Impact Will Include:
- Painting fabricated parts and equipment according to blueprints, routings, and work instructions
- Preparing surfaces and applying finishes using industrial painting tools and techniques
- Calibrating parts and mechanisms to meet quality and tolerance standards
- Collaborating with team members to ensure the timely completion of custom machinery
- Handling materials using hand tools, jib cranes, and other lifting equipment
- Completing production and quality assurance documentation
- Participating in team meetings and continuous improvement efforts
- Supporting final prep for machinery shipping and assisting with general shop tasks

What You Bring to the Table:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Experience: 3-5 years in a custom build or industrial painting environment preferred
Technical Skills:
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and 3D drawings
Proficient with hand tools, painting equipment, and measuring devices
Basic computer literacy for reading and inputting data
Behavioral Attributes:
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Commitment to safety and accountability
Critical thinking and troubleshooting ability
Strong work ethic and a desire to succeed
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted (100 lbs with assistance)
- Frequent standing, bending, climbing, and reaching
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with seasonal temperature changes
- Required PPE: steel-toe boots, safety glasses, and other protective gear as needed
