Duties & Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of electricians and other electrical workers on-site
Ensure compliance with electrical codes, standards, and safety regulations
Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and other project documentation
Plan and execute electrical installations according to project specifications
Monitor project progress and conduct quality inspections to ensure proper installations
Manage project schedules, material procurement, and budget adherence
Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues as they arise
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless project integration
Inspect and test electrical systems and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair
Maintain accurate records of project progress, employee performance, and compliance with regulations
Requirements
- Strong working knowledge of control systems, VFDs, motor starters, and PLCs.
- Proficient in AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN, or similar design software.
- Knowledge of NEC, NFPA 70E, UL508A, and relevant safety codes and standards
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to travel as needed to support project execution and team coordination.
Education & Experience:
- Education Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or Construction Management or equivalent work experience.
- A minimum of 5+ years of experience in Project Management within the Electrical and Commercial Construction industry.
- Proven experience in electrical estimating.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, equipment, and safety standards.

Proven track record of successfully managing electrical teams and projects
Proficiency with project management software and tools
Supervise and coordinate work activities for electrical shop personnel, ensure services provided meet quality standards and scheduling demands.
Lays out work for subordinate supervisors and lead persons.
Jointly responsible with the Project Manager for having material, tools, equipment, information, and appropriate manpower.
Excellent problem-solving, critical-thinking and analytical skills
Strong communication and leadership abilities
Strong organizational and project management skills
In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, codes, regulations and equipment
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Evaluate work in progress to ensure Electrical services performed meet scheduling, budget and quality standards.

Education & Experience:
Background in Electrical with a minimum experience of 15 years.
Experience in the industrial refrigeration industry is a plus
Experience in Troubleshooting electrical systems and components
Physical Requirements:
Ability to exert up to 75 pounds of force (pulling, pushing, lifting, carrying, etc.).
Ability to sit, stand, and walk for 12 or more hours (while working on pre-fabs, driving, etc.)
Ability to work in narrow and tight spaces.
Ability to climb and work from stairs or 6' ladder, bend, squat, kneel, balance, reach at waist level, shoulder level and above the head, walk on uneven terrain, stoop, crouch, crawl, reach, stand, walk, twist, grasp to perform essential job functions.
Ability to operate trucks and lifts in a safe manner and adhere to all company safety requirements. Must be able to travel to various jobsites across the United States. Ability to sit, stand and walk for 12 or more hours (while working on job sites, driving, etc.).
