Your Job

Join our dynamic team at TMI Systems Corporation, where you'll be installing casework, millwork, countertops, and associated products. This full-time position offers a consistent schedule from Monday to Thursday, with potential overtime hours. Enjoy working indoors year-round, with occasional out-of-town installations within a 200-mile radius of Dickinson. TMI covers all expenses for overnight stays and provides per-diems. Plus, all tools and equipment are supplied by TMI.

Our primary customers are in the educational and healthcare industries, and our products are shipped nationwide. With over 50 years in business, TMI installs its own products within a 200-mile radius of Dickinson.

What You Will Do

You'll be part of a small team, working together to install various products at construction sites. You'll use small hand tools, table saws, and other equipment to install cabinets, countertops, reception desks, conference tables, wall paneling, and more. You'll communicate with general contractors, construction managers, and other stakeholders, applying your construction knowledge and techniques to ensure safe and high-quality installations. Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to demonstrate your leadership traits by guiding and motivating your team, ensuring that everyone works efficiently and collaboratively to achieve project goals.

Requirements

We're looking for individuals who take pride in their work and enjoy working with their hands. Basic carpentry skills and familiarity with essential tools like tape measures, powered drills, and drivers are a must. You should also know how to safely use pneumatic nail guns, miter saws, hand routers, and other small tools. Leadership skills and the ability to lead a small team effectively are highly valued.
