What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead a team to develop comprehensive, multi-disciplinary estimates.
• Review project plans, logistics, schedules, and risk assessments.
• Calculate labor, equipment, and material costs with precision.
• Collaborate directly with owners, architects, and engineers during pre-construction.
• Take ownership of pre-construction duties and become the company’s interface between stakeholders.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field.
• Proven success with large-scale projects exceeding $25M .
• Mastery of estimating software and MS Office tools.
• Deep knowledge of construction costs, engineering principles, and infrastructure projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
