Immediate Hiring For a Framing Carpenter - Commercial & Multifamily Construction Location: Idaho Employment Type: Full-Time Compensation: Up to $30 per hour Position Overview We are seeking experienced Framing Carpenters to join our construction team on large-scale commercial and multifamily projects throughout Idaho. This role involves hands-on framing work, including the installation of raw lumber and prefabricated wall systems. Candidates must be reliable, safety-conscious, and capable of working efficiently in a team-oriented environment. Responsibilities Perform structural framing using both raw materials and prefabricated components Interpret and follow construction drawings and blueprints Collaborate with other trades and crew members on active job sites Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and productivity Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience in framing or general construction Proficient in carpentry techniques, including finish work such as trim and cabinetry (preferred) Must provide personal tools including a hammer, tape measure, square, and tool belt Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Strong communication and teamwork skills Work Environment Active commercial construction sites Fast-paced, collaborative team setting Outdoor work with exposure to changing weather conditions Benefits Competitive hourly pay Consistent full-time schedule Opportunities for advancement on long-term projects Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $30.00/hr.
