Job Estimator

Prepare cost estimates for Residential and Commercial roofing projects, estimate materials, and assist with supervising projects to ensure they remain within scope of work or change orders are properly submitted.

Applicants must be able to/learn to identify different construction methods, roofing materials, and methods used.

Conduct routine and random safety inspections to ensure work is being done in compliance with all OSHA regulations and company policy.

Conduct routine safety inspections and be able to operate forklift.

Conduct routine safety inspections and be able to operate manned aerial platform lifts.

Applicants must have a valid driver's license and be able/willing to access roofs and use ladders.
