Are you a skilled cabinet maker with a passion for quality craftsmanship and precision? Maughan Design & Remodel is seeking a qualified, detail-oriented cabinet maker to join our production team. This is a shop-only position (no field installation), ideal for someone who thrives on building beautiful, custom cabinetry in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

' Cabinet cutout and machining

' Assembly of framed and frameless cabinet cases

' Final fit of doors, drawers, and specialty hardware

' Reading shop drawings and interpreting detailed plans

' Consistent quality checks and craftsmanship at every stage

Required Skills & Experience

' Minimum 5 years of professional cabinetry experience (preferred)

' Strong skills with all shop tools: table saw, router, shaper, planer, etc.

' Excellent knowledge of cabinet construction and European-style hardware

' High attention to detail and craftsmanship

' Self-motivated and able to work independently or with a small team

' Ability to read shop drawings and follow production workflows

Work Schedule & Pay

' Flexible scheduling available: We are open to morning, mid-day, or evening shifts

' Standard business hours: Monday'Friday, 8 AM ' 4 PM

' Pay is competitive and depends on experience

Compensation

Salary: $23.00 to $28.00 per Hour Depending on Experience, Negotiable, Depending on Qualifications
