Traveling Hardscape Foreman

Traveling Hardscape Foreman Location: Cincinnati, OH (Travel Required: March - November/December) Industry: Construction - Hardscape, Earth Retention, and Segmental Pavement Systems Responsibilities: Lead and manage on-site crews through daily scheduling, coordination, and task delegation Operate and oversee the use of heavy equipment such as excavators, skid steers, loaders, and forklifts Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and enforce a culture of job site safety Liaise with clients, general contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project alignment Oversee the quality and installation of hardscape and segmental pavement systems Maintain detailed records of project progress, materials, and labor Troubleshoot site challenges and adjust operations as needed to meet deadlines and quality standards Travel across the U.S. from March through late fall, following a set rotation schedule Qualifications: Previous experience with Hands-On Construction or Hardscape Experience is required (minimum 5 years) Previous experience in a Foreman or Site-Lead Role is required (minimum 2 years) Experience with Earth Retention and Segmental Pavement Systems preferred OSHA 10 certification and current CPR/First Aid certification CDL Class A (or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment) Proficient in operating heavy machinery in various environments Strong communication skills with the ability to manage teams and client relationships Willingness to travel extensively throughout the U.S. from spring through late fall Benefits: Highly competitive compensation packages above the regional average Company-provided truck with fuel card Company-issued cell phone and iPad Paid travel expenses (transportation and lodging) with per diem allowance Performance-based bonus opportunities #SRGDH
