Konik is partnered with a growingmercial constructionpany who is adding at Project Manager to lead all phases ofmercial construction projects, from pre-construction through closeout to their team. The jobsites are located in Rochester, MN.

Assistant Construction Project Manager Responsibilities:

Support the Project Manager in coordinating all phases of construction projects from pre-construction through close-out.

Assist in developing and maintaining construction schedules in collaboration with project and field teams.

manage and track project documentation such as RFIs, submittals, change orders, and close-out materials.

Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure scope alignment, timely procurement, and contractpliance.

Monitor and update budget tracking tools; assist with reporting on project costs, forecasts, and cash flow.

Participate in internal and external project meetings; ensure clearmunication across all stakeholders.

Promote jobsite safety, quality control, andpliance with project specifications and regulatory standards.

Assistant Construction Project Manager Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field with 2-4 years of experience supportingmercial construction projects; or equivalent field experience.

Familiarity with construction scheduling, budgeting, and project management platforms (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam).

Understanding of construction contracts, RFIs, submittals, and change order workflows.

Strongmunication andanizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities.

OSHA 10 certification preferred; OSHA 30 a plus or willingness to obtain.

Willingness to travel occasionally to project sites.
