Konik is partnered with a growingmercial constructionpany who is adding at Project Manager to lead all phases ofmercial construction projects, from pre-construction through closeout to their team. The jobs are located in Duluth, MN and we are open to candidates who will regularly travel to the site from the Metro area.
Construction Project Manager Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end project management, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery.
Develop and maintain construction schedules in collaboration with field leadership.
Oversee project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and close-out materials.
Manage subcontractor coordination, procurement, and contractpliance.
Monitor and report on project costs, forecasts, and cash flow to maintain financial health.
Conduct regular progress meetings with stakeholders and ensure clearmunication across teams.
Ensure jobsite safety, quality control, and adnce to all regulatory requirements.
Construction Project Manager Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field with 6+ years of experience managing projects over $5M; or an associate degree with 8+ years of relevant experience.
Proficient in project scheduling, budgeting, and management tools (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam).
Strong knowledge of value engineering, cost control, and contract delivery methods (CMR, Design-Build).
Proven track record of delivering high-quality construction results.
Familiar with OSHA standards; OSHA 30 certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
Ability to travel.
