Fitter Welder

Gpac just partnered with a rapidly growing Manufacturing company that is seeking a Fitter - Welder.

1st and 2nd shift open!

Requirements

• Open table Fit-Up. Experience with large parts and heavy plate manufacturing. Solid Wire or Flux Core Experienceg with a minimum 3-5 years’ experience
• o Experience with Stainless Steel, Carbon Steel, Aluminum required
• o Strong understanding and experience welding to AWS D1.1, AWS D1.6, and ASME Section IX.
• o Experience with nuclear or food grade equipment is desired
• o Professional certification is a plus
• o Measuring, making calculations, and applying general geometric concepts
• o Blue prints
