Project Architect

The Project Architect is responsible for the production and management of Real Estate Development documents on all projects from small renovations to new buildings. This role will use a combination of Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and BlueBeam software. The Project Architect will also produce Real Estate Development revisions, review submittals, and ensure compliance to all local and national building codes. Skills Needed to Succeed

• Licensed architect required
• 2+ years of related work experience, preferred
• Experience with architectural or interior design and ability to navigate through blueprints
• Fluency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp and BlueBeam software
• Experience in creating 3D renderings of buildings
• Ability to self-motivate, make independent decisions and problem solve with innovation
• Effective at multi-tasking and time management to meet strict deadlines
• Excellent verbal, written, and oral communication skills to clearly explain complicated processes and regulations
