Are you passionate about creating safer job sites and empowering teams through training? We’re looking for an experienced Construction Safety Manager to join our growing team in Sioux Falls, South Dakota .

What You'll Do:

• Lead and manage safety programs for General Contractors
• Conduct hands-on safety training for field professionals
• Perform regular site inspections and audits
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, local, and company safety standards
• Partner with construction companies to create safety programs

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in construction safety management
• Strong knowledge of OSHA standards and construction practices
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Passion for training and mentoring field personnel
• Certification such as CHST, CSP, or OSHA 30 preferred
