Electrical Foremen

Van Ert is looking for skilled Foremen to join our team to provide supervision and coordination or workers in the field on various construction projects.

Responsibilities:

• Execute work plans assigned
• Monitor daily labor costs and production rates to stay within budget
• Manage crew to stay on task; train new employees
• Conduct safety meetings and inspections. Ensure all safety policies are followed

Requirements:

• Journeyman Trade Certification
• Prior experience leading safe projects and on budget
• Organized with great attention to detail
• Strong knowledge of National Electrical Code and local codes
