Several properties in the Anderson & Indianapolis, IN area. Please review the 3 property descriptions for the type of work we are looking to have done. 1. Size: Approximately 775 square feet Layout: 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom Exterior: Debris cleanup required around the house, weather stripping needed for doors and windows. Interior: Replace doors, Bathroom needs vinyl installation to ensure water tightness around shower areas, Flooring issues (sinking) need to be addressed, Heating and electrical systems must be checked for proper function, Baseboards need to be installed or repaired. Appliances are missing and need to be installed, Cabinets lack finishing (raw flakeboard/compression board) and need proper finishing. Fixtures need to be installed and checked. Additional Work: Construction cleaning required (mopping, dusting) Electrical, plumbing, and HVAC work needed Appliance installation and cabinet finishing Back door needs weather stripping Conduct a thorough inspection to identify all necessary repairs Ensure all safety standards are met during renovations. 2. Size: Approximately 1534 square feet Layout: 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms Interior Work: Sheet rock installation, plumbing, electrical work, spackling, painting, flooring, bathroom renovations, and installing light fixtures.
