Visit interstates.com/connectResponsibilitiesMeasuring, cutting, bending, threading, assembling, and installing conduitOverseeing, or participating in, wire installations with conduit & cable trayConnecting power to equipmentThe ability to lead/develop up to 4 apprentice electriciansKnowledge of other construction tradesAbility to stand, walk ,and lift up to 100 lbs in construction work environmentAbility to climb, and maintain balance, on ladders and scaffolds while carrying toolsMay be exposed to high and precarious placesRisk of electrical shock and outside weather conditionsPersonal Protective Equipment (PPE) requiredOther duties may be assignedQualificationsEducation/Experience: We are looking for electricians with experience using, or the desire to learn, the latest BIM/VDC technologies for pre-planning and on-site coordination of all our projects.5+ years of industrial electrical experienceKnowledge of BIM/VDC technology preferredLocation and TravelThis is a permanent/full-time position with Interstates and requires traveling to job sites across the United States. You'll need reliable transportation and possess a valid driver's license.
