Vice President of Construction - Data Centers

RSP Group is partnered with a data center developer supporting hyperscalers, cloud providers, and large enterprises. The company leads in scalable, efficient, and sustainable data center delivery. Role Overview The VP of Construction will lead and expand regional construction teams, overseeing the delivery of complex data center campuses. This executive role involves direct collaboration with Sales, Development, Engineering, and Finance to reduce cost and schedule, manage risk, and integrate lessons learned. The VP will be responsible for operational oversight, team leadership, project execution, customer satisfaction, and strategic alignment with company goals. Key Responsibilities Lead multi-campus construction operations from pre-construction to closeout Manage directors, third-party teams, vendors, and CAPEX budgets Oversee team performance, resource allocation, and financial controls Support business development and ensure client alignment Drive continuous improvement and cross-functional integration Qualifications Bachelor's in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience in Commercial Construction). 15+ years in construction leadership; data center campus development experience required Strong background in CSA and MEP project management Proven ability to lead large teams, manage complex budgets, and deliver on strategic objectives Benefits A Competitive Salary including a performance based bonus 401(k) plan with a generous employer match Medical, Dental, & Vision Benefits Paid Time Off
