Senior Electrical Engineer
Location: Greater Philadelphia area, remote

Scientific Search client, a well Established privately owned, full service multi disciplined engineering and design firm, has an immediate need for a Sr. Electrical Engineer. This is a full-time direct hire remote position with a dynamic/growing organization.

Responsibilities:

• Work with clients to define/confirm project scopes of work and develop project data
• Perform field surveys and engineering calculations
• Analyze and apply applicable codes
• Develop conceptual design & detailed design documents, construction drawings and specifications
• Provide construction support services
• Project and discipline management
• Coordinate design resources and activities
• Candidates must possess strong analytical and communication skills and be able to perform well in a design environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 7+ years experience in EE design for lighting, power, low voltage systems and fire alarm design
• Experience in one or more of healthcare, pharma, and/or research & development
• Review RFIs and technical submittals, work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience in Revit Software
• Assist the Project Manager with the coordination of project designs.
• Perform load calculations
• Ability to effectively communicate both written and verbally.
• Up to 25% travel regionally & domestically.
• Experience in a consulting engineering firm is a plus
