Welder

Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking a Welder to join their team. As a Welder, you will be part of the production department supporting various projects. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Welder

Location: Fresno, CA

Pay Range: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour

What's the Job?

• WELDING TEST!!
• Plan welding by studying work orders, blueprints, engineering plans, materials, specifications, and drawings.
• Set up the welding machine and apply proper welding techniques as required by the task.
• Inspect the weldment assembly during and after welding to ensure adherence to engineering tolerances.
• Communicate issues with welding machines or weldments to the immediate supervisor to maintain safety and quality standards.
• Effectively clean the welding station at the end of the shift, ensuring all work areas are free from debris.

What's Needed?

• Experience in MIG welding; ability to weld aluminum and stainless components is a plus.
• Strong understanding of welding processes and safety protocols.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and supervisors.
