Job Description
Custom sheet metal shop seeks mechanically inclined applicants. Mentally and sometimes physically challenging job seeks interested trainees as well as experienced sheet metal workers. We are looking for craftsmen and leaders. Ideal candidates we are looking for, can read a measuring tape to the 16ths, has basic tools, are punctual, and intelligent. Opportunities for advancement are based on ability to grasp concepts of fabrication methods and apply them. We have many employees that need guidance from the right person. You can lead, or you can follow.
We offer paid holidays, paid vacation after a year, weekly paychecks, indoor year-round work, and availability of insurance benefits. Our shop opens M-F at 6:00 am which, with a half hour unpaid lunch break, has a typical ending time of 2:30pm for an 8 hour shift. Our shop closes at 4:00 pm which allows for some overtime, when available, or a later starting time of 7:30, if that is more suitable to personal schedules. We need to know when we can depend on you, so it is not a daily choice.
