Entry-Level Fabricator - Weekend Shift

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Entry-Level Brake Press Operator to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating a brake press machine to shape and form metal parts according to specifications. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to begin a career in manufacturing, as full training will be provided.

Job Summary:

• Set up and operate brake press machinery to bend and form metal components.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders to determine job requirements.
• Adjust machine settings to ensure precision and quality of parts.
• Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Work closely with senior operators and supervisors to learn the ropes and improve skills.
• Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of machine operation or interest in learning.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications (training provided).
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow safety guidelines.
• Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience is a plus, but not required.

Additional Job Information:

• Wage Expectations: $19.00 to $28.00 per hour
• Pay: This is a non-exempt, hourly position and employees are paid on a bi-weekly basis
• Typical Schedule: Three, 12-hour days M-F, Employee would be paid 40 hours, but work 36 hours
• Location: On Site - 52182 Ember Road, Lake Crystal MN 56055
• Travel: Very minimal to none
