Qualifications and responsibilities for this Healthcare Construction Superintendent position include: 5-7+ years of superintendent experience with solid tenure or reasonable justification for shorter roles Experience in healthcare environments (e.g., surgery centers, hospitals, procedure rooms) and multi-tenant projects Familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam, and Excel for on-site construction documentation and coordination Ground-up and tenant improvement experience preferred; corporate interiors a plus Must be able to manage 8-10 trades per project, typically $10M and 15,000-18,000 sq. ft. in scope Will spend 100% of time on-site; some night and after-hours work required Willingness to travel to future site desired but not required for this project. Salary: $120,000 - $140,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
