Qualifications and responsibilities for this Block Pallet Machine Operator - 2nd Shift position include: 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing setting with machinery Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specification sheets Load pallet machines with wood while monitoring machine performance Verify lumber quality and dimensions before processing Inspect finished pallets to ensure compliance with quality standards Troubleshoot and resolve machine issues to minimize downtime Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on machinery Dependable work ethic with punctuality and safety focus Salary: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
