MUST HAVE SKILLS:

6+ Years project management / relevant work experience

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Ability to work independently and efficiently in fast-paced/ dynamic environment

Experience working with gSuite (gSlides, gSheets, gWord, gMail), MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), Smartsheet application

Proven record of leading cross functional team projects timely

Experience with Competitive insights / market research/ turning ideas into hypothesis & executive level proposals, business cases/financial modelling

Collaborate to define and support the product roadmap and business strategy

Experience in Management / strategy consulting/customer experience

DESIRED SKILLS:

5+ Years client Global Supply Chain experience

5-7 Years client Marketing experience

Willingness to work flexible hours and schedule

BI / data analytics experience

Experience in Microsoft SQL

Experience with Supply Chain planning systems such as wSAP, IBP, 1ERP

JOB DUTIES:

The Supply Chain PMO Manager will be responsible for the management of key strategic initiatives for consumer and business supply chain team, including initiatives that will support supply planning, channel allocations, POP and Collateral planning.

Functions include leading internal and cross-functional teams for Senior Leadership communications, and project management for strategic project launches.

Functions will also include working with the business to identify, develop and execute business efficiencies and other projects that will work towards the digitalization of supply chain.

Function also includes data management, data validation in conjunction with delivery of project deliverables / modules.

This role will require extensive partnering with various internal and external teams to develop and execute key initiatives.

The candidate will lead supply chain-optimization related projects involving cross functional teams at an aggressive pace on an enterprise-wide scale.

Candidate should have significant leadership experience; demonstrate successes driving cross-functional process improvement, enabling tangible benefit to the business.

Candidate should have an understanding of how supply chain fits within the client ecosystem to ensure that opportunities within supply chain are aligned with the overall business to meet the needs of the customer.

This is a high impact, highly visible, multi-business/multi-market position in the Supply Chain organization.

Specific responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Lead and execute strategic initiatives for Client Supply Chain

Lead cross functional supply chain teams & represent Supply Chain in external cross functional teams to ensure launch readiness

Liaison to internal business partners (Intake Process, IT & Analytics/Reporting)

Communication of launch readiness, and project milestones to Senior Management and internal/external partners as needed including the documentation of presentations

Conceptualize, design and manage multiple complex projects/programs simultaneously to completion; responsible for end-to-end strategic project element

Create cohesive project plans with identifiable critical path, task dependencies, and major milestones

Manage plans and schedules, ensuring successful completion within scope, budget, time, and quality parameters. Identify key risks and develop mitigation plans.

Lead implementation of new or reengineered processes including project planning, resource management, change management, and training.

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:

BA / BS Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or related field

PMP APICS certification/ training

MBA, Masters in equivalent field preferred

Lean Six Sigma

LOGISTICS:

Standard 9-5 professional work week
