• Producing highly accurate estimates, bids, and proposals that land big deals

• Conducting detailed take-offs from blueprints, plans, and site visits

• Working closely with sales, project management, and field teams for seamless execution

• Reviewing contract terms to ensure pricing and scope are on point

• Managing critical documentation such as submittals, change orders, and closeouts
