Plumber

* Oversees maintenance and repair of water systems, HVAC components, and waste removal systems, including all related equipment.

* Handles upkeep of steam systems, life safety systems, and specialized medical equipment, ensuring functionality and safety.

* Addresses service requests promptly, covering emergencies, maintenance issues, and various installation or repair needs.

* 5+ years of relevant experience

* Graduate from accredited Technical School

* Journeyman Plumber or a Mastercard

* Working knowledge of plumbing trades classifications and functions including tools, materials, and task specific sequencing required for maintenance, sanitation, and repairs.

* Ability to read blueprints

* Confident in soil stacks, drain stacks & vent stacks
