Job Description

We are seeking an experienced civil construction project manager who possesses a profound understanding of heavy civil construction. The ideal candidate is driven to develop local relationships with owners and subcontractors, with the ability to elevate the business, identify scopes, and win new projects in the St. Louis region, focusing on heavy civil, COE work, and private construction.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with owners and subcontractors.
• Identify project scopes and opportunities for new business development in the St. Louis region.
• Manage heavy civil construction projects, including COE and private construction initiatives.
• Supervise and ensure the successful completion of deep foundation, concrete construction, and structural construction projects.
• Oversee lock and dam construction projects.

Essential Skills

• Expertise in civil engineering and construction management.
• Proven track record in project management within heavy civil construction.
• Knowledge of deep foundation and concrete structure construction.
• Experience in structural and marine construction.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in Procore and Heavy Bid.
• Understanding of structural concepts and self-perform work.

Work Environment

The position involves both field and office work, including time spent in a job trailer. The work environment will involve managing construction projects and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $150000.00/yr.
