Experienced Residential Construction Foreman

The right candidate must possess the following skills;
-Blueprint reading/interpretation
-Run a small crew.
-Extensive knowledge of residential construction including, but not limited to;
-Framing
-Roofing
-Siding
-Window & Door Installation including interior trim work.
-Cabinet installation.

*The expectation is to be able to work right along side laborers, guide them and pass along knowledge and good building practices. Heavy lifting is required occasionally. Valid drivers license and basic hand tools. All power tools provided. Work within a 45 mile radius of Mt. Pleasant. No weekends, paid time off and raises given after 90 days.
