As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Design Engineer to join our team and help drive the development and enhancement of our products. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced engineer ready to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment .

As a Design Engineer, you will lead product design efforts, working hands-on in modeling, testing, and prototyping. You’ll collaborate across departments—including engineering, manufacturing, and product management—and interface directly with key customers to understand requirements and deliver innovative, manufacturable solutions.

• Lead the design, modification, and enhancement of components, subassemblies, and systems to meet product standards and customer requirements.

• Drive excellence in materials selection, design practices, manufacturability, and maintainability.

• Partner with production teams to ensure seamless manufacturing integration and continuous process improvement.

• Establish and maintain engineering standards, best practices, and documentation.

• Use capacity planning tools to align team resources with project demands.

• Mentor and guide design staff, conducting performance reviews and development planning.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field).

• 5+ years of hands-on engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.

• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage engineering projects.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
