Estimator (Commercial Interiors)

Your new company A well-established commercial interiors general contractor in Maryland is looking for a talented Estimator to join their growing team. With over a decade of success and a reputation for excellence, they specialize in high-end commercial office space projects, completing 50+ interiors projects per year with an annual revenue of $45M. Your new role Collaborate with repeat clients, subcontractors, and architects in a highly interactive environment. Manage 2-3 bids per week, ensuring thorough scope sheets at the front end. Evaluate bid proposals Provide precise cost assessments Work independently while taking initiative in a personable and energetic team culture. Utilize Procore and PlanSwift software for estimating processes. What you'll need to succeed Ideal candidates come from either a GC or subcontractor background, with 1-5 years of experience, though mid-senior level professionals are also encouraged to apply. Personable, outgoing, and able to connect with clients and internal teams. Skilled in bid leveling and detailed scope evaluations. Comfortable working autonomously in a collaborative team setting.
