This involves reading blueprints, measuring materials, and laying them out efficiently. You'll be on your feet throughout the shift and moving around the plant as necessary to ensure the welders have everything prepared. Responsibilities Lay out materials and prepare them for welders. Read and interpret blueprints accurately. Measure materials precisely to meet project specifications. Ensure materials are ready for welding processes. Essential Skills Proficiency in Flux core, MIG, TIG, and Stick welding. Ability to read and interpret blueprints. Experience with fabrication and fitting. Knowledge of working with stainless steel, carbon steel, and structural steel. Additional Skills & Qualifications Previous welding experience of 3-6 months. Ability to pass a weld test during the interview process. Experience in measuring materials and following blueprints. Why Work Here?
