THE OPPORTUNITY: Eco is seeking experienced HVAC Residential Installers to join our growing Columbus team! Job Description: As an HVAC Lead Installer, you help provide our customers a comfortable temperature, no matter what the weather is outside, while helping them save money each month on utility bills without sacrificing their comfort. HVAC Lead Installers must be ready to install all heating and cooling systems in a home or office building. This role offers a $5,000.00 Sign-On bonus for HVAC Installers based on experience. Shift: Mon - Fri, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM RESPONSIBILITIES -Follow our install system and educate the customer on products and services -Meet and exceed key performance requirements -Deliver quality workmanship (possess the necessary tools to do the job) -Maintain a clean, organized job site and truck -Establish customer rapport to provide the right products and services -Report to the HVAC Install Foreman on projects -Participate actively in all training, department, and company meetings -Knowledgeable about company mission, policies, and guarantees -Perform physical activity with no restrictions in various climate conditions -Maintain a professional appearance and deliver a knowledgeable service experience to win new referrals and repeat business QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS -EPA Certified -3+ years of Experience -Complete knowledge of the National Code and Local Codes -Understand and comply with OSHA rules and regulations -Strong verbal communicator and ability to learn iPad software -An individual contributor who also enjoys winning as a team -Valid Driver's License -Offers are contingent upon passing a pre-employment background check and drug screening PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS -Must be able to adhere to large amounts of standing, walking, bending, squatting, sitting and lifting -Must be able to speak English and audibly hear to communicate -Must be able to use arms and hands to signal, grab, hold, turn, push, and pull objects, materials, controls, and tools -Must be able to pick up, lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs. -Must be able to work at heights, climb ladders and stairways, and occasionally work off of platforms/scaffolding (using the appropriate fall protection requirements) -Must be able to work in all weather conditions (including heat, rain, cold, and wind) while wearing appropriate PPE Principals only.
