Altman Electric is seeking a Full-Time Journeyman Electrician, or equivalent experience electrician (2-5 years). This job is roughly 80% residential & 20% commercial.

Note - This is a 1099 sub contractor role, meaning no taxes are withheld from your check. You will be responsible to keep track of your own expenses, and taxes.

Note - This job does not include any type of benefits, such as healthcare. We do cover every sub-contracted electrician under our workman's comp policy incase someone gets hurt at work.

Responsibilities:

Communicate with customers to show highest level of customer servicePerform service calls for houses, apartments, & commercial buildingsInstall sub panels for residential pools, hookup pool equipment Perform all work following the 2017 National Electrical CodeAdhere to all quality and safety codes

Qualifications:

2-5 years or more of supervised electrical trade workMust be willing to drive up to a 100-mile radius from Joplin, MOMust be willing to be a 1099 sub-contractor Option to use personal truck for mileage & wear and tear compensation.Strong problem solving and critical thinking skillsMust have excellent customer service skills
