Salesforce Architect (Hybrid in FL / CA)

Position Title: Salesforce Architect
Location: Miami, FL or San Francisco, CA (Candidate can choose)

Candidates should have a Salesforce certification as an Architect

The Salesforce Architect will translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that leverage Salesforce, Google Cloud Platform, Oracle, and monitoring platforms. They will work closely with product managers, business analysts, other architects, and development teams to ensure the successful delivery of new features and enhancements.

Responsibilities:
Design scalable and high-performance solutions that meet business needs.
Lead the technical design and support the implementation of projects.
Provide guidance and best practices to development teams on Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration.
Architect solutions that adhere to best practices and security standards.
Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
Assist in the evaluation and selection of third-party tools and integrations.
Stay current with releases, features, and best practices.
Mentor junior team members and provide technical leadership.
Collaborate on and promote architectural standards, principles, and processes.
Develop strategic technical roadmaps for various areas of the business

Experience Required:
7+ years of Salesforce integration and development experience 4 + years of Salesforce experience at the Architect level utilizing multiple Salesforce modules such as CPQ, Billing, RLM, Marketing Cloud, Field Service, etc.
Any experience with Google Cloud Platform, Oracle, or AWS is a plus.
Strong experience with Salesforce configuration, customization, and development using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
Strong experience with Salesforce integrations using REST, SOAP, and other APIs.
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security model.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
Experience working within an Agile development environment
Familiarity with other CRM platforms and technologies is desirable.
Excellent communication and presentation skills
