Project Foreman & Metal Fabricator

LM Industrial, a veteran-owned company, is hiring a Project Foreman with strong leadership skills and deep expertise in metal fabrication. This is a boots-on-the-ground role, ideal for someone who thrives in the field, takes pride in hands-on work, and knows how to guide a team toward project completion. The Foreman will be responsible for executing, supervising, and ensuring the quality of fabrication and installation projects.

Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee daily operations
Interpret and enforce project blueprints, specifications, and quality standards
Supervise and work alongside with the rest of the team
Manage time, materials, and labor to ensure projects are completed on time
Ensure compliance with safety procedures and regulations at all times
Act as liaison between field crews, management, and clients

Qualifications:
Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in welding, metal fabrication, and project execution
Proven leadership or supervisory experience in a fabrication environment
Strong proficiency in English
Good physical stamina and ability to work in various conditions
Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints and technical drawings
Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
