We are seeking a Water Resources Project Manager to join our Midwest Region.

Join our dynamic company to maintain, develop and grow an organization of engaged staff in our areas Natural Resources and Environmental Permitting practice group using your ability to organize and lead a team of technical practitioners through major technical project pursuits through a strong work ethic and business acumen, as well as excellent client service and business development skills to take your career to the next level.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to lead or support the conceptualization, design, and construction administration of water and wastewater infrastructure projects across the region. Responsibilities:

• Lead and grow a team of water resource professionals and support staff
• Managing project delivery and meeting client expectations
• Performing water resources assessments
• Analyzing and interpreting water and environmental resources data
• Developing and reviewing models (e.g., hydrologic, hydraulic, hydrodynamic, physical habitat, etc.)
• Preparing and reviewing scientific reports
• Preparing and presenting proposals and marketing plans
• Presenting and actively participating in relevant professional organizations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's in Civil or Environmental Engineering
• 7+ years experience in water/ wastewater / stormwater planning, design, and construction administration as a lead design engineer or project manager
• Strong team leadership experience or proven potential; including managing project delivery expectations, prioritization of tasks, and mentoring
• Current PE license
• Excellent technical skills in the water/wastewater/stormwater practice area
• Proficient with AutoCAD Civil 3D a plus
