The Residential Real Estate Development Project Manager will oversee the full lifecycle of residential development projects - focusing on construction oversight, homebuilding, and project execution. The ideal candidate will have experience managing residential development projects, strong communication skills, and be willing to engage in regular site visits in and around Chenal Valley.

The salary range for this position is $97,575.00 - $162,625.00.

The compensation range represents the low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.

This position is bonus eligible with a target value of 15% of salary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and milestones from entitlements through construction.
  • Coordinate with contractors, consultants, engineers, utilities and local municipalities to ensure smooth execution.
  • Oversee site development work, including entry features, grading, utilities, roads, and landscape installation.
  • Ensure compliance with local codes, permits, and approvals.
  • Monitor and enforce Architectural Control Committee (ACC) requirements across neighborhoods.
  • Maintain proactive communication with team members, vendors, and builders.
  • Collaborate with prospective buyers of commercial and residential properties to address concerns and questions.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress, address field issues, and ensure quality standards are met.
  • Prepare regular updates and documentation for internal and external reporting.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • Licensed Landscape Architect (LARE) or Certified Construction Manager (CMM) preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in residential real estate project management, construction or land development preferred.
  • Knowledge of site development processes such as grading, drainage, utility installation, and inspections.
  • Familiarity with HOA/POA guidelines and experience ensuring compliance in a residential development setting.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrate strong critical thinking and project management skills.
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel regularly to project sites.
  • Proficiency in project tracking tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with zoning and permitting processes specific to residential developments.
  • Must be willing to work both outside overseeing construction projects as well as within an office environment.
  • Must follow all safety practices and wear all appropriate personal protective equipment as necessary.
