Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior engineers and project managers in the planning and design of transportation projects.
- Conduct site visits and field investigations to gather relevant data for project analysis.
- Assist in the preparation of engineering plans, reports, and specifications.
- Utilize engineering software and tools to perform calculations and simulations.
- Work closely with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure project objectives are met within established timelines.
- Stay up to date of industry trends, regulations, and best practices in transportation engineering.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Strong academic background with a focus on transportation engineering coursework.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficient in engineering software such as AutoCAD, MicroStation, and/or other relevant tools.
- Knowledge of WisDOT projects is a plus.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $95000.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms. If eligible, the benefits
