CCS Construction Staffing is hiring a Skilled HVAC Sheet Metal Foreman to lead a mechanical install team on a high-profile commercial project in Charleston, SC. We're seeking a reliable, experienced leader who can read blueprints, lay out ductwork, and manage crews efficiently while maintaining safety and productivity.

We are only looking for dependable tradesmen. If you cannot commit to a 40-hour workweek, work well in a team, or stay drug-free on-site, please do not apply.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a crew of sheet metal mechanics and helpers on commercial HVAC installs

• Read and interpret mechanical blueprints and plans

• Lay out duct runs and ensure correct installation

• Coordinate with project managers and ensure jobsite safety

• Set the tone for professionalism and work ethic on-site

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a sheet metal foreman on commercial projects

• Ability to read blueprints and lay out ductwork

• Must have own tools and full PPE

• Reliable transportation

• Ability to lead a crew by example

• OSHA 10 is a plus
