New commercial HVAC project - duct install, curb setting, unit placement, and onsite fab.

Please note: CCS does not offer on-the-job training. Only apply if you have prior HVAC or duct installation experience.

CCS Construction Staffing is hiring HVAC Sheet Metal Mechanics and Top Helpers for an exciting new project. We're looking for tradesmen who take pride in their work, are reliable, and ready to work in a fast-paced commercial environment. This is a long-term, full-time opportunity with room to grow.

Work Scope Includes:

• Hanging duct (rectangular and spiral)

• Setting rooftop curbs

• Installing HVAC units

• Fabricating ductwork and components on-site (as needed)

Position Requirements:

Mechanics:

• 5+ years of HVAC duct installation experience

• Proficient in duct hanging, layout, and blueprint reading

• Must have own tools and full PPE

• Reliable transportation

Top Helpers:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in commercial HVAC

• Ability to assist with duct install, learn layout basics

• Positive attitude and willingness to follow instruction

• Must bring basic tools and PPE
