Position Overview
As a National Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing long-term client relationships and driving sales of our commercial roofing and renovation services across the United States. This is a full-time, in-office position based at our corporate headquarters.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities nationwide
Develop and maintain multi-level relationships with key accounts
Create and execute a prospecting plan using market knowledge, networking events, trade shows, and databases
Generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, and referrals
Manage and grow existing account relationships while consistently securing new clients
Deliver compelling sales presentations to executives, property owners, and decision-makers
Gather and analyze market trends and customer intelligence to inform strategy
Qualifications
Proven sales success in commercial roofing or construction is required
Experience managing regional or national accounts is highly preferred
Strong knowledge of roofing systems, siding, and exterior renovations
Exceptional organizational, analytical, and time management skills
Willingness and ability to travel nationwide as needed
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
Advanced understanding of the sales and business development process
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
