Position Overview

As a National Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing long-term client relationships and driving sales of our commercial roofing and renovation services across the United States. This is a full-time, in-office position based at our corporate headquarters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities nationwide

  • Develop and maintain multi-level relationships with key accounts

  • Create and execute a prospecting plan using market knowledge, networking events, trade shows, and databases

  • Generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, and referrals

  • Manage and grow existing account relationships while consistently securing new clients

  • Deliver compelling sales presentations to executives, property owners, and decision-makers

  • Gather and analyze market trends and customer intelligence to inform strategy

Qualifications

  • Proven sales success in commercial roofing or construction is required

  • Experience managing regional or national accounts is highly preferred

  • Strong knowledge of roofing systems, siding, and exterior renovations

  • Exceptional organizational, analytical, and time management skills

  • Willingness and ability to travel nationwide as needed

  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills

  • Advanced understanding of the sales and business development process

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
