Senior Project Manager - Datacenters

We’re seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager with proven data center construction experience to lead critical, largescale builds from groundbreaking through turnover. You’ll foster a safetyfirst culture, drive ontime and onbudget delivery, and work closely with clients, engineers, and trade partners to ensure the highest standards of quality and performance.

• Champion and enforce a proactive safety culture across all project phases

• Develop, monitor, and report on project budgets, forecasts, and profitability

• Create and maintain detailed schedules (Primavera P6/MSProject) to meet project milestones

• Analyze cost reports and implement strategies to control expenses and optimize productivity

• Interface with owners, architects, inspectors, and vendors to resolve issues and drive solutions

• Oversee equipment planning, procurement, and maintenance to support project execution

• Administer project policies, procedures, contracts, and compliance with industry regulations

• Bachelor’s degree (Construction Management, Engineering, or related) preferred; equivalent experience considered

• Minimum 10years of progressive construction management in data center or heavyindustrial environments

• Track record managing medium to largescale projects (>$100million)

• Proficiency with Primavera P6, MSProject, Excel, Word, and digital construction tools (VDC/BIM)

• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to represent the company with owners and stakeholders
