Who we are looking for

This position is located within our Re:Build Cutting Dynamics facility in Avon Lake, Ohio. In response to growth in our product offering and a strategic expansion of our capabilities, the Assembly Team at Cutting Dynamics is growing and seeking to fill the position of an Assembly Operator. This is a First Shift position: 6am-3:30pm, 5 day work week, Monday-Friday

What you will get to do

• Installs/assembles screw thread inserts, rivets, screws, bolts, components, etc.
• Maintains inventory of components, hardware and other necessary department items.
• Organize assembly area and maintain assembly equipment
• Communicates with Management, Foreman, Operators, Quality and other shop personnel for assignments and to resolve quality issues
• Completes legibly all reports and other associated paperwork

What you bring to the team

• High school diploma or GED is required
• Demonstrates inspection competence.
• Demonstrates basic mathematical skills
• Has both mechanical and technical capacity
• Fluency in written and spoken English is required
• Great Communicator

• Integrity and Safety
