Position Summary

Our Broadband Technicians are often the face of the Company providing our customers with world-class service and installation. You will work independently and as part of a team installing, disconnecting, troubleshooting and repairing all facets of our network.

The schedule for this position is expected to be Monday - Friday.

What You'll Be Doing:

Install services including voice, video, and data, complete work orders; become/be familiar with safety and installation manuals, test equipment, and cable telecommunications network.

Operate company vehicles and equipment in a safe manner.

Stock vehicle and maintain proper inventory levels

Provide all associated paperwork in a timely manner.

Take advantage of Company provided training

Continually improve product knowledge

Participate as required in on-call, evening, and/or shift work hours upon eligibility

Maintain workforce utilization level as required

What You'll Need:

High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)

Field Experience (helpful but not necessary)

Excellent customer-oriented attitude, and team player.

Current driver's license

Physical capabilities including climbing and lifting up to 75 pounds

Must pass BPI certification testing within first 12 months
