License Requirement: Applicants must hold a valid Nebraska Journeyman or Contractor's Electrician License (or be licensed in a reciprocal state: AK, AR, CO, ID, IA, MN, MT, NM, ND, OK, SD, TX, WY). What You'll Do: Champion plant safety, health, environmental, and quality standards every single day. Troubleshoot, install, and repair electrical systems , instrumentation , and manufacturing equipment with precision. Use our CMMS to track work orders, manage assets, and maximize plant uptime . Dive into complex repairs involving PLCs, DCS hardware, and automated control systems . Read and interpret electrical schematics, P&IDs, and mechanical blueprints . Assist in scheduled maintenance and keep the facility running like clockwork. Tackle special plant projects and jump in when your team needs an extra hand. Be ready to step up during off-hours, emergencies, or critical downtime events. Help drive a team-first, solution-oriented cultureyour voice matters here! What We're Looking For: A valid Nebraska Electrician License (or one from a reciprocal state listed above). A technical degree or certification in an electrical/instrumentation field. 5+ years of experience in electrical/instrumentation work (ethanol/industrial manufacturing preferred). Familiarity with Microsoft Office and a knack for managing priorities. A high school diploma or GED . Can You Handle It? Willing to work a rotating on-call schedule , including weekends/holidays. Able to lift 50 lbs , climb up to 200 feet , and work in confined spaces . Comfortable around dust, chemicals, heights , and other tough environments. Can wear full PPE (hard hat, gloves, hearing protection, etc.). Ready to respond 24/7 during assigned stand-by shifts. Strong communicator via 2-way radio and in-person.
