Remove and replace vinyl or vinyl plank flooring in kitchen. 2. Pressure wash and paint exterior (Needs to be sprayed) 3. Repair Front porch 4. Remove bathtub, install pre-fab shower, vinyl plank floor install in bathroom. 5. Repair a few broken glass panels in the windows 6. Carpet main level, stairs, and upstairs bonus room 7. Paint interior walls and trim We can use a local company to help with the glass and the carpet. Interior paint is already on site. It may be possible to stay in the home if your commute would be too long. Please start with a text, which includes your strengths and weaknesses. This should be a month or so of work for one person. We will not pay any money in advance. If we can't find a good deal for someone that needs the work, we will be coming up 2nd week of June to do the work ourselves.
